A. THE IRONY OF HUMAN FORGIVENESS
1. Humans love to receive forgiveness but struggle to give it. (vs. 23-30)
2. Humans who need the door of God’s forgiveness to remain open but close it by their refusal to forgive. (vs. 32-35)
3. Humans who refuse to forgive become a perpetual prisoner of the offender (Eph. 4:26-27, 31-32)
B. THE THERAPY OF FORGIVENESS
1. Relive your spiritual “The Day” constantly (I Tim.1:15-17)
2. Keep the wonder of God’s daily mercy and forgiveness in your life (Ps. 103:1-3)
3. Decide to show forgiveness just as Christ has forgiven you (Eph. 4:31-32
