1. He was led into an uncertain place (28:10, 16-22)
2. He was given an unconditional promise (28:12-15)
C. LAYOVER: HARAN
1. He worked hard (30:25-26)
2. He was responsible and dependable (Genesis 30:27-29)
3. He gained new skills and understanding (Genesis 30:37-43)
4. He placed priority on character (Genesis 31:38-42)
5. He learned to deal with different relationships (Genesis 33:1-5)

1. He remembered the big picture (28:16-18)

Conclusion
Exodus 3:15 “God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’ “This is my name forever, the name you shall call me from generation to generation.”
